In the adorably different town of Uglyville, weirdness is celebrated, strangeness is special and beauty is embraced as more than meets the eye.  UglyDolls know it’s what’s inside that counts – Ugly is the new Awesome!

Moxy is the leader of the UglyDolls.  She is bright, upbeat, inquisitive and eager.  She refuses to give up on her dreams and is determined to make the world of Uglyville – and beyond – a better place.

Ox is the Mayor or Uglyville.  He is generous, adventurous and lives life to the fullest which means parties, parasailing and popsicles for everyone! He always does what he thinks is best.

Lucky Bat is youthful, educated and mild-mannered. Although he is nervously clumsy and full of insecurity due to his inability to fly and fear of heights, the UglyDolls look to him for wise, sound advice.

Wage is a realist. She is the grown-up, responsible one and makes sure everyone is taken care of.  Her diner is the centre of it all and where UglyDolls all meet up for food, for a hug or just an object to cry on.

Babo is Wage’s best customer and best friend.  Being a friend is what he does best; he is supportive, loyal, resolute and unwavering – the kind of friend you can always depend on.

• Since 2001, UglyDolls has been rewriting the rule of what it means to be ugly by celebrating the unique and exceptional in all of us.
• The brand originated a series of plush toys which were later awarded Specialty Toy of the Year by the Toy Industry Association in 2006.
• The film will premiere in the UK in August and features the voices of Kelly Clarkson, Pitbull, Nick Jonas and Janelle Monáe.
• Mascot costumes Moxy, Ox, Babo, Lucky Bat and Wage from UglyDolls are available to book to make appearances at UK events.
