For over a decade Rainbow Productions has worked in partnership with Gothenburg-based Junior Productions to deliver brand mascot costumes to clients across the Nordic countries.
Täby Cat was created further to Junior Productions working with True Stories, a Swedish agency which specialises in creating strong concepts to help brands and organisations appeal to children.
Many projects undertaken by True Stories – whether this is involves characters, apps, music, merchandise, playgrounds or events – is driven from the statement that up to 80% of all brands purchased by parents are controlled by their children. True Stories therefore works with clients to develop concepts and campaigns which will reach and engage with this target audience.
For the latest project, promotional costume Täby Cat was created on behalf of Täby Centrum Shopping Centre in Stockholm. The character is pictured during the launch event on May 5th 2013, entertaining shoppers with a specially created show and dance routine. Täby Cat can be seen performing the show regularly within the shopping centre.
True Stories has created character costumes for all of their clients by working together with Junior Productions and Rainbow Productions.
Andreas Winell, Creative Director & Founder of True Stories AB, comments on this working relationship:
“We are working globally with super brands. To fulfil our clients’ high dreams and goals, we always work with the best suppliers; Junior Productions and Rainbow Productions are that”.
