Rainbow Productions holds the UK’s official licence to manage the personal appearances of these famous characters at public events on behalf of the brand owner.

Please note: Our licensed character costumes are not available to hire on a costume-only basis and we do not supply characters for private children’s parties or similar events. Characters are booked at a single day or an overnight rate, depending on event location, rather than for shorter time periods.

Our aim is to bring these famous characters to life to create a magical experience for children when they meet the characters.

CHARACTER PROFILE FOR Spider-Man

Spider-Man’s alias is Peter Parker, an orphan raise by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben in New York City.  After being bitten by a radioactive spider, Peter acquires spider-related abilities including being able to climb walls & ceilings, shooting spider-webs from wrist-mounted barrels and detecting danger with his ‘spider senses’.

Initially Peter tries to capitalise on his new-found super-powers and dons a costume, becoming “Spider-Man”, a novelty television star.  However, after his Uncle is killed by a thief he could have stopped, Spider-Man learns that “With great power there must also come great responsibility!”
