Rainbow Productions manufacture a range of rugby mascots, covering teams across the RFU, Rugby League and also for worldwide tournaments.
All the mascots below are examples of our work; every mascot we manufacture is unique to the sports client.

Rainbow Productions works with rugby union clubs and associations to manufacture high quality mascots. As well as acting as club ambassadors, mascots are often also used as the focal point for Junior Supporters’ Clubs.
All of our mascot costumes are individually commissioned by organisations. Our portfolio of work to date includes Scorch, created for the Welsh Rugby Union; Lochie, working with the Scottish Rugby Union and Ruckley, on behalf of The RFU. These mascots – as well as other rugby union examples – can be seen below.
We have manufactured rugby league mascots for a number of teams, including ‘George’, the England Rugby League mascot, ‘Drago’ and ‘Dracs’, the official representatives of the Catalan Dragons, and ‘Boots’, the ‘Saints’ St Helens Rugby Football Club mascot.
We have worked with many worldwide rugby teams and tournaments to manufacture their team mascots, from the likes of ‘Rackley’ – the English bull dog mascot representing the England Rugby team, ‘Lochie’ – the Scottish Rugby Union mascot, ‘Bill’, the Hong Kong 7s Lions Mascot, ‘Wai Bei’, the official mascot of the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union, ‘Sharkie’ – The South African Sharks mascot who’s known for livening up the crowds on match days, and ‘Leo’ the Lion – the Wellington Rugby team mascot, said to be the most recognised rugby mascot in New Zealand.
